Coming in Fall 2018 is the Spencer Performing Arts Center that will have a new theater, band rooms, dance studio, and a scene shop. The home to Siena Heights' new theater will contain many environmentally friendly features including LED lighting, occupancy sensors, low VOC paint, HVAC units on the roof to recover exhaust fumes, and an energy efficient boiler. The scrap metal produced from demolition prior to construction was also recycled.
