Ledwidge and Archangelus Dorms

Ledwidge and Archangelus residence halls consist of many rooms that encompass the East side of Siena Heights' campus. Originally constructed in 1934 for the Adrian Dominican Sisters, the original pipes in each dorm room have been replaced with narrowed water pipes for less water flow, and a high overall saving in water usage. 167 windows were replaced in 2015, which are used to improve heating and cooling equilibriums in the rooms and halls. The bike room is located in the basement of Ledwidge and encourages students to keep their bikes on campus. A bike rack to park bikes is located behind the building as well. In addition, SHU has teamed up with Enterprise CarShare University program to provide students with the opportunity to rent cars for a fee. This allows students who do not have a car on campus to still have access to a car if needed.
